Dr. Eric Pedersen Pederson_1.jpg

Dr. Pedersen received his Doctorate of Optometry from Indiana University School of Optometry in 1996. While there, he was a Graduate Assistant Instructor. He served as a Brigade Optometrist and Hospital Optometrist with the US Army for nine years. During this time, he was also a clinical instructor. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Wisconsin Optometric Association.

Dr. Pedersen enjoys optometry because it allows him to make a positive daily impact on his patients through the entire spectrum of vision care: from glasses and contact lenses to ocular disease and comanagement of refractive surgery.

His interests include TaeKwon-Do, golf, bowling, sports, and spending time with his wife and family.

Dr. Steve Christensen Christensen_1.jpg

Dr. Christensen received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Iowa State University in 1993 and his Doctorate of Optometry from Illinois College of Optometry in 1998. He completed two externships and a residency in primary and advanced care optometry. He specializes in soft and rigid gas permeable contacts for patients with significant amounts of astigmatism, or for patients who would benefit from the use of a bifocal contact to make their visual needs more efficient.

Dr. Christensen feels that optometrists play a significant role as the gatekeepers in the medical field whose job it is to preserve the gift of sight. It’s a privilege he takes very seriously.

His interests include mountain biking and spending time with his wife and family.

Dr. Renee Haefs haefs_renee_1.jpg

Dr. Haefs specializes in comprehensive eyecare, contact lens care, pediatric care, and the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease. Dr. Haefs graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1997. She has since gained experience in hospital and surgical centers and is fluent in the diagnosis and treatment of eye disease, as well as the surgical comanagement of cataract, glaucoma and refractive surgery.

Dr. Haefs believes the most important part of the exam is having the patient leave with all of their questions answered, and pleased with their time in her care.

Her interests include spending time with her family and living a healthy lifestyle.
